There are few things more important, especially in this climate then protecting your home from the elements! And the best way, in fact, only way to do that is to get it painted. Doing so will not only make your home beautiful again but it will also add value to your investment and protect the wood and surfaces for years to come. Let’s get it done right the first time.
Our process is simple. After doing a thorough walk through of your home pin-pointing any troubled areas in need of repair and gathering all the materials needed. We begin by doing a very thorough wash. Then we ensure all windows, seams and joints are fully caulked using a lifetime elastomeric caulk (this provides the flexibility needed for the ever changing conditions of your home). Then we do any repairs and preparation such as filling holes, scraping loose paint, sanding rough areas and priming with an oil based or peel bond primer as needed.
When we are done with all the preparation and repairs. We begin the masking and painting process. We like to keep things neat and clean for your convenience so we do this in phases. Normally we spray the soffits first (if different than the body), then we mask one side completely and protect everything (that shouldn’t get painted) then we spray the body of that side. We move along one side at a time until all the spraying is done. We damask as we complete each side so you have access. Then we paint all the trim work.Everything gets 2 coats of paint! After the entire house is painted and de-masked we clean up all our tool, consolidate the paint and do any touch up that is needed. Afterwards we then do another walk through with you and address any touch ups that you may find. Your satisfaction is important to us. So it’s okay to be picky
